FavorAMP.com offers you an online service based on user account. By clicking on "Join" or "Activate my account" button (or any similar join buttons and/or links) you agree to the terms and conditions described below.
1. FavorAMP.com website (the "website") allows you to search for online users who are listening to the same music. This service is carried out by installing a special FavorAMP plugin (the "plugin") to Winamp player. To use this service you will need to supply your email and ICQ number (the latter being optional).
After creating an online account on favoramp.com website this plugin reports to the favoramp.com website a list of music-related information about the track currently being played back in Winamp. This information is partially taken from ID3 tag (for MP3 files), or from filename (for another file types, or for MP3 files without ID3 tag), and consists of:
- artist name,
- album name,
- track name,
- genre,
- language of your operating system (for correct rendering of textual
representation of the above information).
This music-related information is stored inside your account on favoramp.com server. FavorAMP.com will disclose this music-related information (except language of your operating system) along with your username if a favoramp.com visitor, or a plugin user searches our online database for users listening to a particular kind music. In the case of such disclosure, favoramp.com search system will show only your username along with the music-related information stored in your account (please see the list above), and will allow the person who is making the search to contact you via favoramp.com messaging service, or by ICQ number, if you have optionally specified one during the registration. Your EMAIL ADDRESS WILL NOT BE SHOWN to website visitors or to plugin users, nor will it be presented to any third parties.
2. FavorAMP.com reserves the right to supply third parties, including parties other then website visitors and plugin users with an aggregate of music-related information collected from our database. Your personal contact information (neither email, nor ICQ UIN) will not be supplied in such aggregate information collection. 3. You are not allowed to perform any actions which are directly or indirectly leading to breaking of FavorAMP.com users' and/or visitors' privacy, which is led in our privacy policy. Shall such attempt be noted, a legal action can be taken.
4. FavorAMP.com may terminate your account if FavorAMP.com is believing you fail to comply with these Terms of Use. If you want to terminate your account, please contact us:

IN NO EVENT SHALL FAVORAMP.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF FAVORAMP.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
